The scrolls



We cooked beacon and Cheese with scrolls then my team we made after that we after  that is was all good and with my tream.

Bacon and Cheese Scrolls

150g New Zealand bacon ends, diced and fried

2 cups self-raising flour

80g butter, cold and chopped into cubes

3/4 cup milk

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce or T-sauce  (optional - only if we have it!)

1 cup grated cheese

1 egg  

2 tbsp milk 

 
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, salt and chopped butter.
3.Using your finger-tips, rub the butter into the flour until crumbly.
4.Add milk and gently knead into a dough.
5.Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a 30cm x 20cm rectangle.
6.Spread over sweet chilli sauce, and top with fried bacon and grated cheese
7.Roll the dough into a log, and cut into 12 disks.
8. Lay the scrolls onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with milk.
9.Bake for 20 minutes



Brownie Cake

Ingredients
175g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
225g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
200g caster sugar
3 medium eggs, separated
65g plain flour
 
Method
STEP 1    
Heat oven to 160 fan bake. Butter a 20-25cm cake tin and line with greaseproof paper.
STEP 2
Place 175g of the chocolate, plus the butter and sugar in a saucepan and heat gently until melted, stirring occasionally. Leave to cool.
STEP 3
Whisk the egg yolks into the chocolate mixture, then add the flour, and the remaining chocolate.
STEP 4
Whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks, then gently, but thoroughly, fold into the chocolate mixture.
STEP 5
Pour into the prepared tin and bake in the centre of the oven for about 35-40 mins until crusty on top. Leave to cool, then run a knife around the sides and remove from the tin. Dust with icing sugar.






On Monday we made brownies for fun and then we worked hard like making the egg,and the other in the brownies recipe like the mike putting something for the browsing some follower on the top's .
